A while back we were struck with the fact that there are many people that dream of doing a triathlon. However, the thought of participating in a triathlon was overwhelming and downright intimidating. Where do you start? How do you train? What equipment do you need? How long does it take to prepare? We also realized that many of these people would never live out their dream. This was something that we just had to fix.
