But it isn’t your fault. Mainstream weight loss programs just aren’t right for your situation. They don’t address your daytime fatigue – but they do tell you to eat food that tastes like soggy cardboard!
They expect you to do a lot of exercise (even though recent research shows that exercise has less effect on weight loss than what you eat). And it’s hard to incorporate those programs into your busy life.
A change that will allow you to conquer your weight once and for all, get back your energy, and banish sleep apnea from your life.
Let us assure you that you are in the right place. Through much research into proven weight loss methods for sleep apnea sufferers, we have discovered that there ARE techniques that can be followed to effectively lose fat, get back your energy, and overcome your sleep apnea.
You probably already know me by now – I’m Marc MacDonald, and for the past couple of years I’ve been running a website called www.ApneaTreatmentGuide.com
My introduction to sleep apnea began on the night of August 26th, 2007. My wife and I were asleep in bed and something happened that would change my life forever.
At 2:00am that evening, my wife abruptly sat up, gasping for air. It was as if she was dreaming about being chased! Suddenly she sat bolt upright in bed. She was choking for air, and was completely disoriented. She didn’t know where she was.
That incident was repeated many times in the coming months. Every night, her breath stopping and she gasping for air. What we didn’t know at the time was that my wife had the classic symptoms of sleep apnea.
In the years that followed that fateful night in 2007, I’ve done extensive research into sleep apnea treatments, and have met many, many people who fall into this “silent epidemic”.
The more I’ve talked to people about sleep apnea, it seems that many people either have sleep apnea, or know someone who does. (In fact, just two months ago my father was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea. His overnight sleep study turned up an AHI of 25!)
Because I want you to know that you’re not alone! I’ve received lots of emails from sleep apnea sufferers who feel like they’re living on another planet in their struggle to overcome apnea.
