What you do is squat up and down (with no weights) as fast as possible while swiping or touching your finger tips to the ground each repetition. Do 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. Once you can do that, increase to 200 repetitions in 10 minutes. Get ready to sweat!
Use short rests if you must, just be sure to do all 100 repetitions in 1 session.
3. Hula Hoop
Who would’ve guessed that a cheap $3 hula hoop would be great for weight loss, but it is. It’s one of the best exercises to tone and sculp your waist and hips area. Great if you want a body like a belly dancer.

The average 1 hour tv show has 21-22 minutes of tv commercials (yeah I know, a lot!). So use that time instead of wasting it. By using that time, you free up time during other parts of your day.
