Everywhere you look these days, somebody is talking about the importance of speed, quickness, strength, power, and agility. If you’re like the rest of the world, you’ve probably tried a few of these fancy methods or sytems expecting instant strength, size, and athletic improvements – only to be sadly disappointed when they failed to deliver results.

I feel your frustration. I was there too, once. I used to be a “skinny-fat” high school athlete who was weak, slow, and anything but explosive. I tried every gimmick and gadget I could get my hands on, but nothing worked. Seriously, I still have my “Jaminizer” in my childhood home, lol! I thought I was destined to be skinny, fat, and weak for the rest of my life…

That was BEFORE I KNEW HOW IMPORTANT NUTRITION IS! The reason I never made progress and the reason for your frustrations is simple…ITS YOUR DIET!

Ha, look at my skinny fat self back in high school fishing!  The fish weren’t the only things eating the “bad food” (with my hook in it) during those times!  I just hadn’t figured out how much this was KILLING my athleticism at the time.

Look at these guys…strong, muscular, lean and EXPLOSIVE. Zero excess body weight here. There is a reason airlines charge fees for checked bags…your heavy-ass luggage causes the plane to be less efficient and use more fuel. NOT GOOD for FLYING. And definately not good for JUMPING…
